Are you, or do you know, an ovarian or gynecological cancer survivor who would like to join Casting for Hope in the mountains of western North Carolina for one of our annual retreats in 2022?  Our retreat dates for this are April 22-24 and September 23-25. We’d love to get to know you and intertwine our stories!

The Casting for Hope Retreat provides survivors and caregivers a weekend of respite from the “everyday” of surviving after a diagnosis of ovarian or gynecological cancer by treating them to a weekend of wonderful meals, instruction in fly fishing, guest speakers who are experts in the field of ovarian/gynecological cancer and survivorship, and time to get to know others in similar situations to build an extended network of support.

We are looking forward to a wonderful round of presentations and activities during this year’s retreats–from wildflowering presentations, to art as therapy, to information on newest medical information, to lots of fly fishing!

If you are interested in attending our fall retreat as a survivor, caregiver, or volunteer, please e-mail us at [email protected]!

If you are a gynecological cancer survivor at any stage of the journey and cannot attend a 3-day weekend retreat and would be interested in the possibility of a one-day getaway, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do to line a day of fly fishing at the Retreat Center up for you!
