If you're volunteering for the Casting for Hope fly fishing tournament, please complete this form and submit so we can have your information on hand. Know how much you're appreciated by all involved for your help. When we receive your registration, we will e-mail you a liability waiver that you'll have to complete before being allowed to participate. Please bring with you to the tournament or mail to Casting for Hope / 121 E. Union St. / Morganton NC, 28655. We will need your assistance, as much as you can provide, from April 8-10, 2016, so thank you so much for your continued support of Casting for Hope, and we can't wait to see you for our 5th Annual Gold-Level Fly Fishing Competition!
